Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios
A sixteenth-century style rural church. The hermitage, has a gallery-type porch connecting the front and left side of the building, with six arches resting upon pillars.
The hermitage also has a small campanile designed for song and chant on its right side. The effigies include a stone sculpture of the ancient Patron Saint, and a wooden carving of the baby Jesus. The interior of the Church has a single nave, with walls that are entirely covered in eighteenth century blue and white azulejo panels. The high altar has an eighteenth century golden engraved decorated panel, with four Solomonic columns.
