It is a convenient site for visiting Lisbon with nearby beaches. Now at your disposal, the new A5 highway to Lisbon (30 km). This campsite is a very attractive one, since ist is situated in the middle of a low branched pine forest and behind the sand dunes of Guincho. There are bungalows for rent.
Guincho beach has a vast extension of sand and is sometimes windy. Therefore it turns to be an ideal place for windsurfing.
