Museums and Palaces

At the Roman Thermal Baths Museum, in Chaves, it is possible to explore the ruins of what was once considered one of the largest Roman medicinal baths on the Iberian Peninsula.

This thermal complex was in operation until at least the end of the 4th century AD and stands out for its size, architectural quality and good conservation status, as well as its diversified collection.
