Events

Between the 19th and 21st of December 2024, Teatro Micaelense, in Ponta Delgada, on the São Miguel Island, in the Azores, hosts the first edition of the Azorean International Film Festival. The event was designed for all types of audiences, whether they are professionals or not: from Azorean, national and international producers, to film and music lovers and the general public, whether they are children or adults.

The festival opens with a networking event dedicated to industry professionals. The program is divided between the Azorean Film Festival (December 19) and the three competition sections: the International Open Call (December 20): Competition I – films for the whole family; Competition II – music videos and films focused on music; Competition III – open theme.
