For two weekends, February 28th to March 2nd and March 8th to 9th, 2025, the XXI Smokehouse Fair of Flavors and Handicrafts returns to the Multipurpose Pavilion of Trancoso.
The event, one of the most striking in the region, is attended by the region's main producers of sausages, smoked meats, cheeses, wines, honey, sweets, olive oil and local handicrafts and attracts visitors looking for the best of local products.
