Events

This year's São João de Tabuaço Festivities, the biggest event in the municipality, take place between June 20 and 29, with free admission, on Avenida António Augusto da Silva Barradas.

The musical line-up is top-notch, with highlights including Calema, Sara Correia and, on a more popular note, Rosinha and Filipe Sequeira. The party continues into the early hours with Karetus and DJs such as Menasso, Kove-lines and Quim das Remisturas. Don't miss the traditional light march and the majestic procession of the patron saints, one of the highlights of the county's festivities.
