Mumford & Sons
Events
The British folk-rock band presents its new album, "Rushmere", which marks the beginning of a new phase for Mumford & Sons, after an intense period of creativity for the trio. The name of the album is also the name of the lake situated on Wimbledon Common, in southwest London, which was the meeting point for Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett and Ted Dwane, where they first imagined the idea of forming a band. Rushmere is as familiar to them as the instruments they played and is at the heart of their origin story. The album was produced by nine-time Grammy winner Dave Cobb and recorded at RCA Studio A in Nashville, in Savannah, Georgia, and at Marcus' studio in Devon, UK.
