The Peniche Festival in honor of Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem is back for another edition.

They bring with them some of the most iconic names in Portuguese music, as well as many DJs who will have the crowd dancing the night away. One of the highlights of the festival is the nocturnal maritime procession, where many boats, coming not only from Peniche, but also from Nazaré and Ribamar, come together and go out to sea decked out and illuminated, carrying various floats. The procession ends with a firework display. Thousands of people come to watch this spectacle of "lights".
