Events

The Mediterranean Diet Fair returns to Tavira, in the Algarve, in September. The event celebrates the Mediterranean Diet, a cultural, historical, social, territorial and environmental heritage that represents an ancient lifestyle marked by a model of healthy eating based on local, fresh and seasonal products, rituals and festivities.

At the event there will be gastronomic tastings, seminars, exhibitions, various activities such as cooking workshops, music and traditional dances! An opportunity to learn about skills, practices and traditions related to human nutrition.
