It is one of the most popular works in the operatic repertoire, transporting us to Paris, where a group of young artists try to survive amid dreams, bohemia and the difficulties of life. At the center of the narrative is the intense and moving love story between the poet Rodolfo and the fragile seamstress Mimi, marked by an overwhelming passion, made up of poetry, sacrifice and tenderness, but also of distance and inevitability. More than a century after its premiere, it continues to move audiences all over the world.

Written in four acts by Giacomo Puccini and with a libretto by Luigi Illica and Giuseppe Giacosa, it is based on the novel by Henri Murger.
