FICA Castro Daire- Harvest Festival is back in September. The event was born out of the need to promote the Harvest Festival, which attracts thousands of people every year. One of its highlights is the parade of cow carts through the streets of the town of Castro Daire, duly decorated with local agricultural products, allowing visitors to remember the spirit of the harvest throughout the region.

There is no shortage of gastronomy, handicrafts and the Termas do Carvalhal are also present, as are other sectors of the local economy.
