Between the 7th and 9th of November, another edition of the Magriço Market will take place, promoted by the Municipality of Penedono.

This initiative is a showcase of Penedonense entrepreneurship and local activities. As Penedono is a chestnut producing municipality par excellence, this is one of the queens of the party, with emphasis on the Chestnut Contest. In addition to chestnuts, olive oil is also one of the protagonists of the Magriço Market. Another of the highlights of the event is the Sheep and Goat Contest.

Here you can get to know traditional and endogenous products of the municipality, such as bread, cheese, traditional sweets, dried fruits, vegetables, olive oil, wine and handicrafts.
