The Soares dos Reis National Museum is presenting the exhibition "Shared Horizons: Journeys and Transformations", a show that brings to the public pieces from its collection previously kept in reserve. The initiative aims to explore the history of contacts and relations between Portugal and different parts of the world, revealing how these encounters have shaped cultural heritage over time. Curated literarily by Gonçalo M. Tavares and scientifically by Ana Bárbara Barros, the exhibition uses the concept of "journey" as its guiding thread, highlighting the role of human interactions in the construction and continuous transformation of culture.
