Events

The São Francisco's Fair, the saint who protects animals and is the patron saint of ecology, will be held in Moimenta da Beira on October 3 and 4 near the São Francisco crossroads, close to the Convento de São Francisco.

This fair is one of the most genuine in the region, maintaining the centuries-old gastronomic tradition of "rojões à beirã", better known as "marrã", not forgetting other products such as "torresmos". There will also be musical entertainment on both days. Don't miss this event that has marked the end of the harvest since time immemorial.
