Between December 1, 2025 and January 10, 2026, Abrantes will be celebrating Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Spread across various areas of the city, there will be a wide range of entertainment on offer, including the classic Christmas Market, Ice Rink, Parisian Carousel and, of course, the most famous character of the season, Santa Claus. There will also be concerts and street entertainment, a musical, a magic show, stories for the little ones and workshops alluding to the season. Even man's best friend is in the spotlight at the Abrantes festivities, with the "Cãominhada" (Dog Walk).
