Celebrating 20 years of permanent programming, Solar - Cinematic Art Gallery is looking at some of the best recent films produced in Portugal. The exhibition takes several films as its starting point, inviting the public to enter into the imagery of these works, through full-scale recreations, more experimental languages, and even reproductions of the artists' working environments. It shows the creative process behind the films, displaying objects such as character studies, storyboards and props.

When you visit the exhibition, you can step into the imagery of the films in rooms with immersive environments, try out the techniques used by the artists in workshop rooms and see new works created for the installation.
